My food got here quickly, just a few minutes later than what the app had estimated. Not a big deal, but I was wondering if anyone else has had the timing be slightly off like that?

The food was decent, but the prices felt kind of high for the portion sizes. It wasn’t bad at all, just not really worth it enough for me to order again anytime soon.

I’ve tried this place a few times because I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s been all over the place :/ One time my order is totally fine, then the next time something is missing or the food tastes completely different. The service is kind of hit or miss too. At this point, I think I’m done trying again.

The food was fine. Nothing amazing, but fine. The problem was the customer service. I had one simple question about my order and waited way too long for a reply. Then when they finally got back to me, it felt kind of rushed. Not very useful either. Maybe they were just having a bad day, who knows. But yeah, it definitely made me less excited to order again anytime soon...

I grabbed a plate and it was filling for the price. There was maybe a little more rice than meat, but I can’t complain too much. I think I just came at a bad time, so that might’ve played into it, but overall I was still happy with it.

I ended up waiting way longer than I was originally told, and what made it more frustrating was that nobody really kept me updated or seemed to take ownership of the delay. It felt like everyone just kept passing it off instead of explaining what was going on. By the time my food finally came out, I was already annoyed. I get that places get busy, but the wait was just too much for me...

Pickup was kind of a hassle, haha. I had to wait outside for a while, and the instructions weren’t super clear.

Had some really tasty veggie choices here. Plenty to pick from, and everything I tried was good

I ordered from mediterraneanhaverhill.com the food tasted super fresh. The veggies still had a good crunch to them and the meat wasn’t dry or weird like it had been sitting around. It all felt like it was made not long before it got to me. I’m giving 4 stars because the order took a little longer than I expected, but I was still happy with it. Anyway.

I wanted to like this, but for the price it just didn’t feel like a good deal. The portions were small and the food was fine, but not anything I’d go out of my way to order again. Maybe it would feel more reasonable if you were dining in or getting a promo, but once the delivery fees were added, it felt way too expensive for what I got. I’d probably only try it again if the prices dropped or the portions were better.

I expected this to be a lot better, but it was disappointing. After trying it, I can say I wouldn’t use it again

I ordered dinner from Mediterranean Haverhill at probably the worst time, right around when everything gets busy, so I was fully expecting the food to show up kind of lukewarm. That one was on me for picking such bad timing, but it was still nice and hot when I opened it.
The rice, meat, and bread all tasted fresh and warm, and it made the meal way better than I expected. No real complaints from me at all, especially considering when I ordered. I’d definitely order from them again.

i only tried it once, but the food just didn’t have much going on flavor-wise. The seasoning was super light, like they might’ve forgotten the salt. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of boring compared to what I was expecting...

I didn’t spend a ton of time there, so I can’t say I checked every corner, but from what I saw it looked clean overall. Nice little place and seemed well kept.

I ordered a pizza from Mediterranean Haverhill i was let down. I really wanted to like it, but the crust was chewy in that tough, unpleasant way that kind of ruins the first bite.

The cheese felt a little too greasy, and the toppings were just okay. Nothing tasted especially fresh, and the sauce was really bland, which was frustrating because good sauce can make such a difference.
It wasn’t so bad that I couldn’t eat it, but I definitely felt disappointed when I was done. I probably wouldn’t order their pizza again, though maybe their other food is better.

I ordered dinner from Mediterranean Haverhill and overall everything was handled well. The wraps, sides, and drinks were all exactly what I picked online, which I appreciate because it’s just nice when an order is put together with care.
The only small thing was that the extra sauce I asked for didn’t make it into the bag. Not the end of the world, and I get that little things happen, but it would’ve been nice to have since I requested it. Food was still good, and I’d definitely order again.

I tried the shawarma and hummus, and it just didn’t taste very authentic to me. It felt more like basic takeout than real Mediterranean food. The seasoning was flat, and the pita tasted like it came out of a package. I was kind of annoyed because I’d gone out of my way to get it, and it felt like wasted energy for something so average. Maybe it’s fine if you just need something quick, but it wasn’t what I was hoping for

I tried one of their sandwiches after seeing a few people say they were good, i get the hype. The bread was soft, the filling was generous, and everything tasted really fresh. Mine did get a bit messy while eating, but not enough to ruin it at all. Curious if that’s just how they usually are or if I got an extra-loaded one, because I’d still definitely order again.
